Tim had a successful career of system sales to major financial institutions before joining John L. Scott Real Estate in 1988. From personal experience in his former corporate life he understands the importance of having a smooth, seamless real estate experience. Patrick Sullivan - Licensed Real Estate Agent - Pat has worked in his family's real estate business all of his life. He learned all about selling homes and has watched market trends closely since he was a child. Having been raised on the eastside, his knowledge of local schools, neighborhoods, and recreational activities make him a valuable information resource for his customers. Pat graduated from Western Washington University with a major in political science. He brings a lot of amazing qualities to the Sullivan Team, some of which include excellent negotiating skills, a strong work ethic, and a high level of enthusiasm. His primary goal in real estate is delivering great customer service and client satisfaction. Pat always goes the extra mile to exceed his client's expectations.
Laurel Sullivan - Assistant and Licensed Real Estate Agent - Tim's wife has worked with Tim at John L. Scott since 1990 and had eight years prior experience as an agent. In her life before real estate she raised our nine children, was vice president of an international computer company and is a frequent motivational speaker to various women & youth groups. She deals with the financial, training and managerial aspects of the team. She is an outstanding "people person" and works closely with buyers and sellers.
